Prayer Teams

Lee Road UMC is a church community that believes in the power of prayer!  Verses from the Bible serve as our basis for prayer:

"At that time you won’t need to ask me for anything. I tell you the truth, you will ask the Father directly, and he will grant your request because you use my name." -- Jesus in John 16:23

"Pray without ceasing."  -- 1 Thessalonians 5:17

​

"Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord." -- James 5:14

Sunday Morning Prayer Teams

​

A two-person Prayer Team is available every Sunday morning after the contemporary service in the Bridge (circa 10:50 AM) and after the traditional service in the sanctuary (circa 12 noon).   You are invited to come to the front of the sanctuary for prayer.  Members of the prayer team handle all prayer requests with the upmost care and confidentially. Discover the power of praying together.
